Typical dish of the Sicilian tradition. A set of tastes united by sweet and sour which creates the harmony of the flavour. Made from aubergines, peppers, olives, onions and tomatoes, it is served as an appetizer, preferably cold in the summer, but also delicious hot. With bread it is a true Sicilian delicacy.
