The pistachio paste block is mainly made with Bronte pistachios, sugar and glucose syrup. To make an excellent drink, it must be dissolved in warm water and left to rest. To enhance its flavour, it must be served cold. Also suitable for making excellent granitas with a delicate and refined flavour. It can also be used for the preparation of sweets such as pistachio morsels or the pastry that covers the Sicilian cassata.
