Among the many riches of Sicily there is salt. Our 'white gold'.
It is harvested with ancient artisan procedures in the salt pans of Trapani.
In addition to the traditional white one, salt can be flavoured, with orange, lemon, almonds, olives, walnuts and with many spices such as thyme, oregano or fennel.
And for more sophisticated dishes we have salt with pistachio, pepper and flavored with our ever-present Pantelleria capers.
Used to cook, flavor but also to garnish our wonderful dishes.
