That of rosoli is an ancient art, typical of the Sicilian tradition. The most famous and original, of roses, is the rosolio mentioned by the "gattopardo". Later various versions of rosolio were created today the most sought after is the one that comes from the perfect combination of pistachio and alcohol. A strong but very delicate liqueur with a slight aftertaste of almonds which makes it even more pleasant on the palate. It should be drunk cold to bring out all its goodness.
