Typical biscuits from Erice, rigorously handmade. They are created from the combination of 00 flour, semolina flour, sugar, water, almonds, sesame, cloves and cinnamon. Dry biscuits born to be soaked in typical liqueurs such as zibibbo or moscato to be served at the end of a meal. There is also a soft version of the biscuit obtained by adding honey to the dough.
